Diana Barrera, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker #17483

About Me

  • I’m an LCSW with 30 years in mental health, and my practice now focuses on helping couples move from gridlock to growth. I’ve worked with children, adults, older adults, people living with complex conditions as well as those navigating everyday stress. That breadth helps me support partners facing depression, anxiety, conflict, betrayal, or drift.

In session, we slow the reactivity, map the pattern you keep getting pulled into, and practice practical skills—listening to understand, setting respectful boundaries, making repairs, and rebuilding trust. My style is warm, steady, and structured so you always know what we’re working on.

Life’s turns, fear, negative thoughts, anger, substance use, and tough choices can knock any relationship off course. I’m here to offer clear guidance, coping tools, and a new perspective so you don’t have to do this alone. I hold a hopeful stance: you are capable, worthy, and with clarity and care—your relationship can move forward.
