About Me
-
Relationships can be both incredibly rewarding and deeply challenging. When communication breaks down, trust is compromised, or emotional closeness fades, it can impact every part of your life. As a couples therapist, I’m dedicated to helping partners work through these challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.
I specialize in couples therapy and marriage counseling, guiding partners as they rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect emotionally. Whether you're navigating ongoing conflict, healing after betrayal, or simply seeking to strengthen your bond, I tailor the therapeutic process to meet your relationship’s specific needs and goals.
My approach is collaborative, adaptable, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I recognize that each couple brings their own history, patterns, and dynamic to the therapy room. I work with you to identify what’s not working and build on what is—always with the goal of fostering greater understanding, connection, and long-term resilience.
In addition to my work with couples, I also support individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. My clinical background includes working with adults in psychiatric settings and supporting individuals in acute mental health crises, including first responders under high stress.
Wherever you are in your journey—individually or as a couple—I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, healing, and connection.
